Spring 2026 Homeowners' Meeting
Please make plans to join us at our next homeowners' meeting on Tuesday, April 28, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in one of the large meeting rooms at the Green Hills Mid-Continent Public Library. We will hold an election for a new president, and we are also looking to fill the secretary position on the HOA board. We also have several items of business, so please attend to share your opinions and ideas.
Kansas City Activates Storm Debris Drop-Off Plan
Free Disposal Available for Residents Following Recent Storm Damage
In response to recent storm damage, City of KCMO activating a temporary plan to assist Kansas City residents with debris disposal and neighborhood cleanup efforts.
Effective immediately, the Missouri Organics drop-off site at N Main Street & NW Cookingham Drive will be open daily and available free of charge for the next two weeks. This measure is intended to provide residents with a convenient and cost-free option for disposing of storm-related debris.
Additionally, the Chouteau & Deramus drop-off site will reopen beginning next Saturday, expanding access to disposal locations across the city. The site will be open from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
At this time, the city will not be offering curbside debris pick-up services. Residents are encouraged to utilize the designated drop-off sites to help ensure a faster and more efficient cleanup process.
