Our 2024 neighborhood garage sale will take place on Saturday, Sep. 14. We normally hold a community sale the second weekend of September in even-numbered years, so it's that time again. There will be a banner posted at the entranceway and we encourage as many people as possible to participate. The more sales we have, the bigger the crowd the next year. If you plan to have a garage sale, you might want to post the details on the "Neighborhood Forum" page so that we can direct shoppers to all the stops.
Our 2024 neighborhood HOA dues were to be paid in June of this year, but you have through the end of August to pay without a late fee. Owner-occupied homes pay $60 a year and rental properties pay $180 a year. After August 31, a late fee of $10 ($30 for rentals) will be assessed every month until paid.
These dues are mandatory for all property owners in the association. The dues pay the utilities for lights and lawn irrigation at the front entrance, general liability insurance for the entrance property, annual filing fees for our 501(c)3 status, legal fees, postage, miscellaneous office supplies, etc.
We are now accepting electronic payments of dues through our community website https://www.themeadowskc.com/. After creating your account on the community website you can click on the “Pay your HOA Dues” link on the navigation bar. If you have further questions on submitting payment click this link. There will be processing fees when paying online and information on the fees is located here. If you connect a bank account please account for several days for it to verify and connect to your account. Please note there are two payment options, if you are a homeowner pay the homeowner option only and if you are a rental property owner only submit payment to the rental property payment option.

If you prefer, you may drop it off in the black locked mailbox located on the west entrance of the neighborhood.
